Pure Isoamylase (Glycogen 6-glucanohydrolase) for use in research, biochemical enzyme assays and analytical testing applications.

Isoamylase, Fructanase (E-FRMXPD) and Amyloglucosidase (E-AMGDF) are utilised in the enzyme hydrolysis step of methods for the determination of polydextrose (a low molar mass dietary fiber) in foods.
