    Neogen® offers ultra-sensitive 1,2-dioxetane-based chemiluminescent formulations for the detection of alkaline phosphatase (AP) enzyme in microwell and membrane assay applications. Neogen’s chemi substrates offer sensitivity capabilities to the attogram level. Our chemiluminescent AP reagents can be used for ELISA, western blot, southern blot, northern blot, dot blots and other assay formats where alkaline phosphatase enzyme detection is required at femtogram – attogram levels.
