Selection tool for milk protein management, including A2 beta casein, beta casein AB, kappa casein, and beta-lactoglobulin to give the complete milk protein profile. This package allows dairy producers to select animals that produce A2 milk, which can then be sold at a premium.

Beta casein AB, kappa casein and beta-lactoglobulin can be used to select animals that have superior abilities in cheese production.

Milk Proteins Plus also includes parent verification with SeekSire. Potential parents must have SeekSire-compatible SNP markers on file for comparison or be tested alongside the offspring in order to complete the parentage analysis. All potential parent IDs (barcode or Registration ID) must be provided with submission. If potential parents’ information is not provided, the tested animal's SNP markers will remain on file for future use.
