Neogen® Food Safety Hardware are precise, sophisticated measuring instruments that require regular calibration and maintenance in order to maintain optimal performance and accuracy.
Each Neogen Food Safety Hardware unit includes a one-year limited warranty. Coverage includes preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs not caused by misuse. Loaner units are also available during service, helping you stay up and running.
For added protection, you can add an Extended Service Agreement (ESA) within 60 days of hardware purchase. The ESA extends coverage for two more years, providing annual preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs. It’s a simple, cost-effective way to safeguard your investment, maintain accuracy, and plan service with confidence.
