Ampouled Rapid m-Green Selective Broth is used for the detection and quantification of yeast and fungi in beverages by the membrane filtration method. The m-Green broth is rich in nutrients and provides an excellent environment for fungal growth and detection at 48 to 72 hours. The selective agents in the broth inhibit bacterial growth giving a low bacterial background and helping in the identification of fungal colonies. Rapid m-Green Selective Broth is an ideal medium for a total Yeast and Mold count using membrane filtration.
