Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit housing ministry and we focus on helping people become homeowners, get home repairs, or accessibility ramps.

Today team Neogen is going to be working at 1520 Linval which is a home rehab that we're working on in the Baker neighborhood. Neogen's been a longtime partner for Habitat Capital Region and we've worked with them in the past and this year is the first year that they are participating in Rock the Block!

This house is over a hundred years old and Habitat is taking it in as a property to teach a little bit on home renovations such as how to replace doors and windows, how to patch drywall, and the team Neogen today will be working on some painting, some outdoor landscaping, and interior work.

We love partnering in the community and making things happen together. I think that it's very rewarding to be able to learn some new skills, work with your hands, and have a day out of the office.

We just want to thank team Neogen for coming out today and making an impact in the Baker neighborhood of Lansing.

We really appreciate all your support and hopefully we'll have more opportunities to partner again.
