As the oat harvest nears completion, the U.S. reports great harvest maturity compared to both the five-year average and last year’s average. However, severe drought conditions continue in the Pacific Coast, High Plains, Iowa, and New England. The drought conditions should not impact key oat harvest states but may affect ones within the recently stated regions.
We have a confirmed report of DON in Spring Wheat in North Dakota.
We have new reports of Aflatoxin in new crop corn in Mississippi and Alabama, along with a prior report in Kansas.
