Monday Mycotoxin and Crop Report for July 13, 2020

July 13, 2020

Spring wheat highlight

  • 63% harvest completion, just 5 points behind the 5-year average
  • Condition is 70% good to excellent compared to 78% last year

What does this mean?

The average amount of spring wheat acres is just below normal following the previous 5-year trend, and the condition of the harvest is just behind last year’s quality. With approximately 37% of the harvest remaining and only being just shy of the previous five year’s average, there is time for conditions to improve.
