How to Register Your NEOGEN® Account Online

NEOGEN is excited to have launched our new website and to show you the ways we've improved your customer experience. In this video we'll walk through how to register your existing account with us and highlight ways you can manage your account online.

In the top right hand corner select LOGIN/REGISTER. Since you have ordered with us before, you will want to select register as an existing NEOGEN customer. Complete the necessary form fields. This includes your NEOGEN account number and a previous order number. These can be located on a previous invoice. If you aren't able to locate your account number or a previous order number don't hesitate to reach out to us and our customer service team can help.

When you're done completing the form, select register. If you are the first person to register for your account, you will be made an account administrator which allows you to manage users on the account. If you ever need to appoint another administrator reach out to one of our customer service team members and they can assist you. Now that you're registered, you can place orders, use quick order, and add items to a list.

Under My Account you can update your password and add a shipping address. In addition, you can view previous orders and their shipping details. You can also manage your lists. If you are an account administrator you can also add users, delete them, reset their password, and edit them.
