How to Order Neogen® Genomics Solutions Online

In this video we will walk through how to order genomic solutions online.

Start by logging in or registering. This will give you access to your pricing and account information, and ordering features on our website.

Once you have logged in find your genomic test of interest by using our navigation or search bar. On the product page select Proceed to begin the sample submission process.

The first step is to download the submission form template and fill in your sample information. You must use Neogen’s submission form template to order online. Be sure to review the Read me tab for instructions on how to complete the submission form.

Next, upload the submission form containing your sample information. If you receive an error, correct the information in the submission form and reupload the file.

Once the upload is successful, review your testing selections. If you need to edit your selections, remove the file, correct the submission form and reupload the file.

When you are ready to continue, select add to cart. You will be redirected to the product page to continue shopping. Don’t forget to order your sampling equipment.

Select the cart icon and checkout button to begin checkout.

Review your billing address. Should you need to change your billing address please contact our customer service team. Under the billing address you can add additional email recipients to receive the order confirmation email.

Select or add a shipping address. Should you need to edit an existing shipping address please contact our customer service team. Next select a shipping method for your sampling equipment.

If you have a coupon enter it under Coupons and select apply.

Enter your payment information. If you would like to establish credit terms with Neogen please complete our credit application. If you are tax exempt, please submit a valid certificate to us before placing your order.

Review your item and order summary and place your order. You will receive an email order confirmation. Please print a copy of your order confirmation and include it in your sample shipment.
