Pradnya also holds the position of Qualified and Experienced Assessor for ISO:17025 and ISO:22000. A substantial amount of her responsibilities are dedicated to working closely with regulatory bodies like the AOAC India Chapter and the Food Safety Standards Authority of India.

Cassandra Morse – Technical Service Representative at Neogen

Cassandra graduated from Michigan State University with a BS in Nutritional Science. In 2019, she joined Neogen as a Technical Service Representative for the Residues Department. Cassandra’s role is predominantly customer-facing. Cassandra conducts webinar group training for all mycotoxin customers, onsite training for dairy customers, and investigations for allergens and drug residues. She is currently working on her MS in Food Safety Regulation with Johns Hopkins University. Cassandra hopes to continue to apply what she learns to her role in Tech Service and better assist her customers, of course!

Kyle Bennett – Biostatistician at Neogen

In February 2011, Kyle accepted a position with Neogen as a Research Technician in Biochemistry R&D. Seeking a more fast-paced, customer-facing role, he accepted a position as a Technical Service Representative in the Chemical Residues division in June 2013. Kyle spent the next year honing his customer service and communication skills and becoming an expert at supporting Neogen’s rapid test kit business.

In July 2014, Kyle was promoted to Reference Material Specialist, responsible for identifying issues with, improve, and scale-up the mycotoxin reference material product line, as well as manage the proficiency testing programs.

The enhancements experienced from July 2014 to October 2016 called for a new position, Proficiency Testing Manager, which facilitated a promotion to management level in the Technical Services Department. In Fall 2016, Kyle enrolled in an M.Sc. program in Biostatistics at Michigan State. He continued to work full time while pursuing this degree part-time.

After graduating from MSU in Spring 2019, his role formally transitioned to that of Biostatistician. Since then, Kyle’s continued to expand Neogen’s ability to solve complex business problems with advanced data analysis and statistical consulting.

Outside the walls of Neogen, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, Amanda, and daughters, Isobel and Eliza, golfing, attending/watching live music and sports, being social with friends, and playing baseball.

Pauline McCrystal – Technical Service Manager (Europe) at Neogen

She started her career working for the Ministry of Defence in Scotland as a research scientist and progressed to a lab management position in a contract lab. Since joining Neogen, Pauline has been promoted to Technical Services Manager responsible for residues, microbiology, equipment, and software. The role is varied and challenging; it’s like no other job she’s had in the past!
