During her career, Cari has developed expertise in quantitative microbial methods, method validation and verification, food spoilage, and environmental monitoring. She received a B.S. in Microbiology from North Dakota State University and an M.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
