Grant Hedblom is a field technical sales representative for Neogen with a focus on food safety products and 3M™ Petrifilm™ Plates. Grant uses his experience in microbiology, food science education, and curriculum development to assist food processors with applied food safety and test method development and implementation. Grant combines his experience with customers and academic background to bridge the gaps between theory and practical applications of food safety concepts. He received a B.S. in Biology and a Ph.D. in Food Science from the University of Minnesota — Twin Cities.

 

Cari Lingle, Global Customer Education Manager, Neogen

Cari Lingle is a global customer education manager for Neogen. In recent years, Cari has developed expertise in quantitative microbial methods, including 3M™ Petrifilm™ Plates, method validation and verification, food spoilage, and environmental monitoring. She received a B.S. in Microbiology from North Dakota State University and an M.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Missouri — Kansas City.

DeAnn Benesh, Global Regulatory Affairs Manager, Neogen

  • She has over 40 years of global experience in the food industry in method development, methods validation through global and regionally recognized organizations, and verification

DeAnn is a global regulatory affairs manager at Neogen and has over 40 years of global experience in the food industry in the areas of method development, methods validation through global and regionally recognized organizations, and verification. She is a member/expert in ISO TC34/SC9/WG3 Committee on Methods and co-leader of the drafting of ISO 16140-3:2021. DeAnn is a past president of AOAC INTERNATIONAL and a current member of the MicroVal General Committee.
