Reveal® for Histamine is an easy-to-use qualitative lateral flow assay that provides a visual screening of histamine in scombroid species of fish such as tuna and mahi-mahi. Reveal for Histamine allows for screening at the U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA) action level of 35 parts per million (ppm) in only five minutes.
