Placing your order through Neogen.com

Europe, Middle East, and Africa: Customers who had a pre-existing account on Megazyme.com.

Please take note of the action required by you to ensure continuity of supply.

From 30th May 2024, customers who have previously ordered Megazyme products through Megazyme.com can now order those products through Neogen.com. Your account will be automatically created on Neogen.com. There is no action for you to take at this time, preregistered users will receive an email on 30th May 2024 with instructions for logging in to your online account and how to place an order. You will be invited to login, and reset your password, after which, you will be able to submit order requests using your online account. Please use the online order request user guide for details on how to place your order on Neogen.com.

Your new Neogen account retains details from your Megazyme account, including your product pricing if applicable. Please note order history will not be retained.

Please note currently it is only possible to order Megazyme products through your new account on Neogen.com.

FAQs

Ordering with Neogen

Users of Megazyme.com will be preregistered with an online account for Neogen.com. There is no action for you to take at this time, preregistered users will receive an email on 30th May 2024 with instructions for logging into their online account. You will be invited to login and reset your password, after which, you will be able to submit orders using your online account.

Once an order has been placed on neogen.com customers will receive an order confirmation. We aim to process orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during periods of high order activity. Once an order is processed, we aim to ship your order within 2–5 working days depending on the country of destination. For more details see shipping and delivery.

Please take note of the following when placing an order:

  • New accounts cannot be created. Please contact our customer service team with this request.
  • Neogen.com is an order request-only platform, hence the payment by credit/debit cards is not available.
  • User Specific Pricing and currency will only be visible once logged in.
  • Account order history will not be available on Neogen.com.
  • New shipping addresses need to be requested. Please contact our customer service team with this request.
  • Shipping will remain the same, there will be no changes to the freight charges.

Important note: You will not be able to view freight or VAT charges at the time of placing an order. This will be calculated and included in your invoice.

No, we cannot accept orders for Megazyme products via Megazyme.com after the stated Last Order Date through Megazyme.com i.e., 30th May 2024.

You will no longer have access to your Megazyme.com account from 30th May 2024. If you require this information, you must download any order history prior to this date.

NOTE: Neogen will not have access to your Megazyme.com order history and so will not be able to share any historical documentation with you.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process orders within 24 hours, or within 48 hours during periods of high order activity. Once an order is processed, it is our aim to ship your order within 2–5 working days depending on the country of destination.

While we take care in choosing experienced delivery partners and conducting due diligence on our processes, it is important to note that there may be times when delivery falls outside our target. Our Customer Services team is available to support you through the order to delivery process and keep you up to date should you have any tracking queries.

You will receive tracking information for your order once the order has been dispatched. If you have any queries regarding your order, please contact our Customer Services team.

Payments & Invoices

You will continue to receive all invoices from Megazyme. All invoices must be paid within 30 days of invoice date.

Full bank details are shown on our invoices.

Note: Neogen.com is an order request-only platform, hence the payment by credit/debit cards is not available. Please quote your Invoice number on all payments and pay the cost of your own bank charges.
