NeoSal® Oral Fluid Collection System

The NeoSal® Oral Fluid Collection System is an oral fluid collection device intended for Forensic Use Only. The system includes two parts, the collection device and buffer tube. The NeoSal® collection device consists of an absorbent pad affixed to a unique handle that forms a leak-proof seal with the buffer tube. The collection pad contains no artificial stimulants and the device features a built-in SVAI. Typical collection time is 1-2 minutes. The buffer tube contains proprietary extraction buffer that offers excellent drug recovery and ensures sample stability during shipping. NeoSal® features a 1:4 dilution following sample collection. Oral fluid samples collected with the NeoSal® can be screened for drugs of abuse using Neogen's Oral Fluid ELISA test kits or other drug monitoring kits validated by the testing laboratory.
