Technology
The automated growth-based system simultaneously detects microbial growth, provides an estimation of viable cell counts, and identifies the presence of specified micro-organisms. The system uses a vial that has two zones that include an incubation zone and a reading zone. The change in color or fluorescence in the reading zone is picked up by the system.
