般原则/ General Principles

为了保证公司的工作秩序,我们制定了以下条例 / In order to guarantee company’s work order, we constitute the following regulations.

所有在工作职责范围内的工作要及时,客观正确有效率的完成;/ All the tasks within the working area of the job holder have to be done on time, objectively correct and efficient.

本岗位人员有责任控制工作的最后期限以及工作数据;/ The job holder is responsible for the control of deadlines and data.

本岗位人员须与同事及部门合作,以确保工作信息的流畅的团队合作的平稳;/ The job holder has to create the co-operation with colleagues and departments in a way that the information flow is always fluently and that a smooth co-operation (teamwork) is ensured.

工作中, 要保证已约定的工作质量。本岗位人员应尽力高质量地完成每项工作;/ During the work, the agreed quality has always to be maintained. The job holder shall do his/her best to produce everything with highest qualities.

如果工作持有者在履行上述职责是有什么困难或者认为有可改进的地方,他/她应联络他/她的上司,讨论并解决问题。/ If the job holder has any difficulties to fulfill the mentioned duties or sees possibilities for improvement (problems) he should contact his superior to discuss and solve the issues.

职位要求/ Job requirements:

必须有化学专业/或者微生物学/或者食品科学相关的本科学位及以上 / Min. bachelor degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science or similar discipline

至少 3 年相关的工作经验 / At least 3 years experience in a similar position

良好的沟通能力 / Excellent communication

有自信 / High confidence level

喜欢旅行 / Like to travel

良好的适应能力 / Good adaptability

食品检测行业,医疗体外诊断行业或者科研行业的产品销售经验 / Product sales experience in food testing industry, medical in vitro diagnostic industry or scientific research industry

具有客户服务观念 / Utmost customer service attitude

具有安排能力 / Well organized

母语汉语 / Native Chinese

职责 / Duties:

创建年度区域商业计划,清楚地阐释潜在营业额增长机会和详细计划,具体到能在预算内获得成功的产品或项目具体到能在预算内获得成功的产品或项目。每月商业计划要进行核查,并更新信息。每个季度和经理进行正式审核。 / Creates annual territory business plan that clearly identifies the potential revenue growth opportunities & details plans, by product, by account, which will allow for successful obtainment of assigned budget. Business plan is reviewed monthly and updated with new information. A formal review with manager is conducted quarterly.

实现目标区域商定的营业额和产品销量组合。/ Achieve agreed upon revenue targets and product sales mix for targeted territory.

展现产品,使用案例、PPT 和 Catalog,突出产品特征和对客户业务的利益。/ Demonstrates product, using sample PowerPoint presentation and catalog, and emphasizes product features and benefits to customers business.

应抽出最多 60% 的工作时间出差,巡查整个区域,向战略项目合作商展示和/或与其沟通项目评估和销售活动 — 执行战略项目计划 — 驱动产品采用和营业额增长。/ Travels up to 60% of the time throughout territory to present to and/or coordinate with Strategic Account contacts regarding product evaluations and sales activities - executing the Strategic Account Plan - to drive product adoption and grow revenues.

每次出差前提交出差日程,并说明下周的总体计划,包括联系方式和住宿地址。/ Submit travel itineraries prior to each trip citing general plan for following week incl. contact info and lodging accommodations.

在办公室中应和销售团队其他人员协作,以保持纽勤企业的销量。团队协作将包括所有客户的支持,包括并非直接由你管理的客户。(例如打入的电话、故障排除问题等) / Works as part of the sales team when in office to maintain sales for Neogen Corporation. This team effort will include support of all customers, including those not directly assigned to you. (e.g. in-bound phone calls, trouble shooting problems, etc.).

向营销、项目管理和研发人员阐释并沟通战略项目。/ Works with Marketing, Product Management, R&D, Technical Services, and Sales departments to keep management up-to-date on market conditions and competitive situations. Makes suggestions and proposals for ways to improve effectiveness.

与客户协调和/或对客户进行纽勤产品的培训。/ Coordinates and/or conducts customer training on Neogen products.

持续提高产品知识、细分市场知识、销售技能培训和学习等技能。/ Continues to build skill level with product knowledge, market segment knowledge, sales skill training and studies.

参与贸易展会,以建立业务并获得销售线索。/ Participates in trade shows to build business and obtain sales leads.

组织客户来访、编写会议记录; / Organize customer visits and write meeting minutes;

保持产品价格、订单和客户信息的正确性并及时更新数据;/ Keep accurate and up-to-date records of prices, orders and customer information;

在客户和公司部门起到一个桥梁的作用,对订单,客户抱怨,说明书等进行翻译;/ Serving as the bridge between clients and internal departments, arranging translations of orders, complaints, specifications etc.;

关注付款情况,确保付款的准时性;/ Overview payment status, ensure in-payments are on time;

建立每月销售报告,销售分析报告,市场份额报告等 / Monthly sales reports, sales analysis reports, market share reports, etc.;

对销售额及成本进行分析 / Analyze sales turnover and costs of goods, profit margin analysis.

其他指定任务。/ Other tasks as assigned.
