Temporary HR Administrator

We are seeking a temporary HR Administrator to provide additional support to the HR team through a period of increased activity for approximately six months.  Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Administrator will provide day to day support to our colleagues on a number of HR functions and support the HR team with several key projects.

The main features of the role are:

  • Providing HR Team with day to day administrative support including document filing and archiving
  • Conducting audits of employee documentation and training records
  • Supporting with updates to employee records
  • Assist with Recruitment & Selection across all UK sites.
  • Maintenance of the current HRIS; SnowdropKCS
  • Assist in delivering the annual performance review process.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication channels and relationships with employees, management and external suppliers across all sites.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • HR qualification or previous experience at HR Administrator level essential.
  • CIPD qualified or working towards this desirable.
  • Able to demonstrate good working knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Word & Excel.
  • Strong organisation skills.
  • Experience of Snowdrop HRIS would be an advantage.
  • Strong team player and flexible approach to task management.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

As HR Administrator, you will enjoy a varied role with a wide range of interactions across all levels within the business.  This role would be equally suitable for a HR graduate looking to gain experience in a variety of areas with a growing international business or for an experienced HR Administrator looking for an interim role; this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing organisation with a global presence. This position is initially expected to last for approximately six months with the potential for further extension dependant on business needs.
