We are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant to join our award-winning business at Ayr. Our team supports the European, Middle Eastern, African and Indian (EMEAI) territories for Neogen, a top performing NASDAQ listed business employing over 1,800 people worldwide.

 Are you highly organised and able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail? Do you enjoy juggling multiple projects at once without dropping the ball? If so, this is the role for you.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the Marketing Coordinators by arranging materials for our presence at events and conferences throughout Europe, Middle East, and Africa
  • Ensuring our materials reach the venues in time and in good condition, then arranging for their safe return
  • Using relevant Social Media platforms to highlight our event attendance
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager by compiling reports and statistics on marketing campaigns
  • Use Sage CRM to pull customer databases for marketing campaigns and additional administrative tasks
  • Assisting with purchase requisitions and invoices for marketing activity
  • Provide full administrative support to the marketing team where needed

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 1-2 years administration / marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to build and develop internal and external relationships
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proactive and self motivated team player
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Energetic with a positive attitude
