- Leads the commercial segment of the Food Safety business in the China region
领导中国区食品安全业务相关的商务部门 - Sales Management of a team of professional field sales, inside sales, and technical services employees. Responsible for managing the sales team to achieve revenue and operating profit objectives for the Food Safety business

Create an annual business plan (budget) that clearly identifies opportunities and the potential for market and revenue growth. This includes detailed plans for each division and their respective products, in order to maximize market potential resulting in a profitable and sustainable business; Review the business plan monthly or at business meetings if necessary

在预算和/或规定范围内管理支出 - Identify, hire and train qualified area/territory sales managers and customer service/sales personnel to expand the business

积极参与销售投标过程 - Manage the technical services team to support existing customers and further improve customer satisfaction

与市场部合作,管理和推广新产品策略 - Perform technical and commercial visits to retailers, distributors, and end customers;
对零售商、分销商和终端客户进行技术和商务访问 - Conduct sales according to the criteria defined by the company: price, terms, payment method, minimum order quantity and shipping.

- Responsible for keeping QMS documents under the commercial team up to date (Procedures, work instructions, tables and quality records)
