Ordering Information
Orders can be made by phone, fax, or email. Upon receipt of an order, a confirmation of your order and a ship date will be sent to you.
To expedite the process, please include the following information with your order or simply submit an Order Form:
- Company name
- Shipping address
- Billing address
- Purchase order number
- Catalog number and product description
- Size and quantity of product
- Purchaser’s name, telephone number and email address
- End user’s name, telephone number and email address
